Pricing your work will depend entirely on the level of our services that you might require. If you submit the details of your intended project, we will then offer you a specific quote before undertaking any work. There will be no hidden charges or convoluted pricing scheme. All quotes will be based entirely on the information provided, and will be adhered to unless you want to make changes to the contract yourself, in which case, we will do our best to accommodate you with renegotiation.

Basic Rates:

Although we do offer discounts for longer works, and for repeat customers, these are our basic pricing guidelines. You may opt for a quote based on hourly rate, per-page rate or per-word rate, depending on what is easier for you to calculate. Although we offer quotes in Euros, we accept payment through PayPal from any currency zone.

Word Elves charges €40.00 per hour, €10.00 per page, or  €.04 per word as a base rate for detailed writing, rewriting and editing services. This also applies to our ESL clients. However, if you wish to combine services differently, we will offer an individual quote.

Straight proof reading is offered at €10.00 per page so you will be able to calculate your outlay before you consult us.

Critiquing for short stories or articles is a one-off payment of €40.00. For longer manuscripts, we charge between €80-€100.00, depending on length, and we provide a very detailed critique with insightful suggestions.

Ghost Writing quotes are somewhat more difficult to anticipate without knowing the full scope of the project, so we price this work on an individual basis, but agree a specific amount with the client before the work begins.

One-to-one mentoring is offered at €25.00 per hour, but discounts are available for longer-term students.
